Serving 25,000 customers each month, LookWell is powered by a dedicated team of over 400 professionals, including hairstylists, therapists, doctors, nail and makeup artists, and a strong corporate management team. This phenomenal growth has been shaped under the leadership of Mukul Pawar, who took over the reins in 2014 as Director of LookWell Salons Pvt. Ltd.
Mukul’s journey into the beauty industry followed his academic achievement in computer engineering and a successful career with SAP in Pune. His transition from the IT sector to beauty was driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to mastering technical knowledge. To equip himself for this new venture, Mukul completed a 6-month hairdressing course at the L’Oréal Academy. This combination of technical expertise and business acumen has propelled LookWell’s extraordinary growth.
Today, LookWell leads the industry with strategic partnerships with globally recognised brands like L’Oréal Paris, Kérastase, Olaplex, Thalgo, Skeyndor, Rica, and Dyson.
