Chi Ni serving authentic Chinese cuisine par excellence lives by its philosophy of cooking “Chinese Cuisine from Heart”. Creating Chinese haute cuisine through a repertoire of inventions, where classics are prepared keeping in mind the region’s tradition, fusion comes alive with panache. The restaurant design comes from the drawing board of acclaimed restaurant designer Bob Puccini to create the first of its kind restaurant in the country under a tent-canopy. The restaurant with a seating capacity of 140 also offers private dining rooms, a winery, a bar setting and an alfresco experience perched atop a manicured hill. Chef Ban, our Chinese chef at Chi Ni, has over 15 years of experience in Chinese modern cuisine, Szechuan cold-hot Cuisine, Hong Kong-Cantonese Cuisine, Malaysian local food and Singapore-Chinese cuisine. Having trained at a renowned Michelin starred restaurant he now brings to India the amalgamation of his concepts appealing to the Indian audience.
