Honk by Pullman, the Pan Asian restaurant serves food from the major rice-growing countries of the world including Thailand, Southern, and Central China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Taiwan & Burma. The restaurant is particularly famous for its Dim sums, Sushi, and Peking duck. It has also recently introduced Dim sum lunches with a variety of dim sums, Meal in a Bowl, Home Made Gelatos, Asian Teas, and More.
Our gastronomical experts at Pullman have researched and extensively traveled to bring native rice variants from these regions, along with the traditional cooking styles to bring to your table an immersive dining experience. This rice is cooked in different traditional ways like using Hot Stone, Clay Pot, and Bamboo Leaf to give an authentic taste of that particular region.
While the food takes inspiration from the street-style cuisine popular in Asia, the presentation and décor are distinctly natural. The menu has been carefully curated to showcase culinary influences from the diverse regions of Asia, primarily Chinese and Japanese with a glimpse of Thai as well as a touch of Indonesian.
At Honk, special emphasis is laid on procuring the right ingredients, like the Soy Sauce from Singapore or the Low Fat Tuna like Maguro from Japan, and more to provide an unparalleled dining experience to the guests.

The Al-fresco dining option gives this restaurant, an added edge as diners who look for a more casual yet unique setting have a beautiful garden to walk and dine under the stars. Sassy seating and chic outdoor lighting punch a nostalgic Joie de vivre that only adds to the experience of dining at Pullman. Al-fresco area at Honk can accommodate up to 28 guests.
